Gilmour’s is wonderfully welcoming with a colour scheme of teal and chocolate brown that compliments the copper fronted bar with its stylish block wood bar. The main kitchen is open planned and sited off the dining room which creates a highly visual working space.
Jeff the Chef is passionate about his menu and has created a fantastic balance between comfort favorites and more contemporary dishes to tempt us with. Only the best and freshest ingredients are used. Bread is baked fresh and chefs try different types and flavours daily.
Dishes that are amazingly popular are:-

Slow roast belly of Blythburgh, Suffolk pork with sloe gin gravy, watercress and mash.
And the Warm treacle tart is a must!
